The first time I did a 2km time trial was 3.5 months ago. I remember pushing myself really hard and I was pretty happy with my 5:03 min/km pace.
Fast forward to today, we did another 2km time trial. I was aiming for a sub 5-min/km pace and I did it! I got 4:45 min/km!

This makes me feel so good going into my indoor triathlon relay at the end of April where I’m going to be running as many laps as I can for 15 minutes. My goal is to do 3km in 15 minutes but maybe I can even do more!
Nutrition log:
- Pre-run: 1 samosa, 1 chicken skewer, 1 cherry tomato cheese tart ~2 hours before
- Mid-run: water
- Post-run: curry lamb (Thanks Lisa!), broccoli, rice, Chinese soup
