Last night was shorts and t-shirt weather. The weather was nice and birds were chirping. It finally feels like spring…except a cold front is coming this weekend so there might be freezing rain again. 😮
Lisa and I had an assignment from Jim. We had to track our cadence by counting one leg for 30 seconds. We did it 3 times: once at the beginning, middle, and end of our run. Each time, I got 42 which translates to 168 steps per minute. Apparently I’m supposed to be doing 180 steps per minute so I need to move my legs faster. We shall see.
