I am sore today. My quads hurt when I roll them and my big toes and pinky toes all hurt. Why do I run again??
I’ve been trying to recruit new people to join us for the Monday night run/walk at The People’s Church. Despite the heat and humidity, one mom from the group came tonight. I volunteered to lead a beginners walk/run using the C25K app. Another family (Osmond, Carmen, and Faith) also joined us. It was good to chat with the new mom, Mehrnoosh.

After the run, I even stayed to stretch for the first time.
