Feeling hot hot hot

Tonight’s run was HOT. We did pyramid intervals again. This time, it was 200m-400m-600m-400m-200m. At the end, while we were waiting for the rest of the group to come back, Jim made us do another 200m. When everyone came back, he told us to do the last 600m fast-slow-fast. Of course, whatever he tells us to do, we do. We would all jump off a cliff if he told us to. It’s like he casts spells on all of us before each run. 🤣🤣🤣

After the run, he bought us all Freezies. I only wanted a blue or white one and there were none left so I didn’t have one. I guess I’m a Freezie snob.
