Another group shower

It started out with nice weather. Then we got caught in what felt like a tropical rain storm. You know, the ones where it rains really hard for about 15 minutes and then stops. It happened twice. Our shoes were squishy. Squishy shoes are never good.

We ran up and down the Green Monster again. It didn’t feel as bad as the last time we did it. What a great feeling.

Running in the rain is better with friends.

I did another 200km month – yay!

Nutrition log:

  • Pre-run: banana 45 minutes before
  • Mid-run: water
  • Post-run: 3 slices of pizza, 1 clementine
