Amy organized a post-run potluck BBQ for the Monday night People’s Church #findyourfit walk/run group. We started at 6:45pm and had to be back by 7:30pm for the food, so I decided to only do 1 loop at a tempo pace. Priorities! Felt really good to do the tempo pace, especially with Dave chasing me.

Earlier in the day, Lisa had messaged me about the Shakespeare run in August. I told Tracey about it while we were running. After dinner, Lisa, Tracey, and Rishi all decided to sign up for the race! Of course, then I agreed to do it too. Maggie and Dave are now in too! #FOMO #YOLO π π π
I guess there are worse things we can be addicted to. I’m basically using my alcohol budget to fund my running habit. Running is infinitely better for me than drinking! π
