Running math:(300m+200m+100m) x 4 = one tough workout!

Today’s interval workout was hard! I thought I was done after 3 sets but then Jim told us to do another set. 😒 I was already dying at the end of the 3rd set so after the 4th set, I was really dead. Then we still had to run back to the store via the very steep hill. 😣😣😣 By the time I got back to the store, I was really really dead.

At least Jim bought us Freezies at the end of the run. They didn’t have blue or white so, since I needed something to bring me back from the dead, I took a yellow Freezie. Beggars can’t be choosers.

Nutrition log:

  • Pre-run: banana 30 minutes before
  • Mid-run: water
  • Post-run: Freezie, chocolate milk, Costco chicken pot pie,
