I had to hard reset my watch yesterday because the heart rate monitor wasn’t working. When I went for my run today, I couldn’t figure out why after 20 minutes of running, I had only run 2 km. Turns out the watch reset itself to the default settings and it was tracking miles instead of km’s. Phew. I didn’t think I was going that slow!
I ran 13.3k by myself today. It was long and slow. I kept on worrying about my watch and whether it was tracking the right distance.
I also ran into a lot of little flies. It was so gross when I was wiping the sweat from my neck, my hand was covered with dead flies.. No wonder I saw bikers wearing buffs over their faces.

- Post-run: salmon, carrots, rice, half an orange, chocolate milk
