Last night was intervals around Maureen Parkette. Warm-up run, 7 loops around the Parkette, cool-down run. I brought all my running clothes to work but forgot a hat and sunscreen. Fail again. 😒
I keep on telling myself that I have to push harder on the fast intervals and slower on the recovery to get the full benefit of interval but I feel that I am going the same pace. Maybe I have to start walking in order to really slow down fully and recover.
Here we are chilling out after the intervals.
