We decided to slay the Green Monster again…3 times!
At first, I was like, “What was I thinking? This hill is so long! Whose idea was this?!?!”
After one rep, I thought, “Okay, that wasn’t too bad. I can do this again.”
After the second rep, I told myself, “Just one more. You can do it! Chase Lisa!!!”
It felt good at the end. It helped that there were so many ninjas who came out so we can suffer together.

For some reason, high fiving really gives me energy. This is how you know that running is 10% physical and 90% mental. 😂

Nutrition log:
- Pre-run: Nutella on half a naan
- Mid-run: water
- Post-run: yogurt parfait, Peanut butter and banana on the other half a naan
I’m glad we’ve got each other to chase & good news is mentally I’m feeling warmer about that 42 km distance 😉
All that hills training is gonna pay off very soon! 36 days to go!
