So this is what it feels like to be slow roasted in an oven. It was so hot today that I literally felt like a turkey. All I needed was just some basting and I would be cooked to perfection.
I did a 5.5km pre-run. Did I already mention it was hot?? I ran through someone’s lawn because their sprinklers were on. That was nice and refreshing!
The greatest part of being part of a running club is that I don’t have to do it alone. Here were the other turkeys today. π

- Pre-run: cereal, 1 Ferrero Roche, some macadamia nuts
- Mid-run: water
- Post-run: Jung (Chinese sticky rice dumplings), cherries π
