5km “swim”

It rained really hard yesterday during the day so I didn’t think it was going to rain in the evening during our run. Boy, was I wrong!

I was totally unprepared for rain. I didn’t wear my waterproof shoes, I didn’t wear a visor, and I didn’t even think about my new waterproof jacket that i recently bought for running.

At one point, I really felt like I was swimming because water was coming down my face and into my eyes as if I was swimming without goggles.

We also ran faster because we wanted to get out of the thunderstorm. Probably not a good idea to run in a thunderstorm. 😂
