I almost didn’t go running on Wednesday. I still had lots of work to do and I still needed to finish packing. But I tore myself away from my keyboard and rushed to MEC. We did 6x600m intervals. It was hotter than I thought it would be, it felt harder than normal, but I’m glad I did it. The Freezie afterward was oh-so-good.
It was a bit surreal as this was my last run before TSFM. The next time I run, I will be at the start line in San Francisco. The next time I finish, I will (hopefully) be at the finish line and I will be a marathoner. Wow. #thisishappening
