I want to help you discover the joy of running!

I started running the year I turned 40. Before that, I was a couch potato for 10 years while juggling 2 young kids and a career.

Through running, I have met so many new friends, have had so many new experiences, and I am in the best shape of my life. I’ve run 60+ races including 8 marathons, the Disney Dopey Challenge, and a half Ironman. Running has changed my life!

I became a certified RRCA run coach because I’m passionate to help women discover the joy, confidence, and community that running can give them!

What I offer as a run coach

  • Personalized training plan for your goal race. Plans are 2-5 months in length depending on your current level of fitness and race goal.
  • Unlimited access via text or email.
  • Ongoing adjustments to your training plan based on your feedback and progress.
  • Unlimited training tips, accountability, and support!

Who I want to work with

  • Women who are aiming to do their first 10k, half, or full marathon or who want to better their time in any distance
  • Women who are committed to follow a training plan and run at least 3 times a week

Fees

My roster is full for 2025 but if you are interested in 1:1 personalized run coaching for a 2026 race, contact me for a 30-minute consult!

My fee is CAD$100 per month, minimum 3 months.

  • For 5k and 10k training, I recommend minimum 3 months.
  • For half or full marathon, I recommend minimum 4 months, depending on your experience and goal.

Fees must be paid in full at the beginning of each plan. Fees are non-refundable but can be deferred for up to 1 year if you are unable to train due to injury or illness.
