Here we go again with Jim and his whistle. Wednesday night's workout was 1 minute intervals followed by 1 minute recoveries at the track for 25 minutes. Apparently, this is how the Kenyans train. 😅 Jim told me to go at a 4:20ish pace for the intervals, which is slightly faster than my 5k race …
