Whenever I’m on a business trip, I take advantage of being able to do and eat whatever I want, whenever I want. Last night, after dinner, I had an ice cream waffle cone from Graeter’s ALL TO MYSELF.

This morning, I had creme brulee french toast for breakfast ALL TO MYSELF.

It’s a good thing I ran today to make up for all the bad food I’ve been eating. I’m pretty sure this is not how I’m supposed to be carbo-loading before my half this weekend. π

I wanted to do 10k but it was so hot that I cut it short because I didn’t want to get a heat stroke.
Nutrition log:
- Pre-run: diet coke π
- Mid-run: water
- Post-run: water
- Dinner: bruschetta, prosciutto arugula, sausage pasta, donuts
