After 8+ months of running on Wednesday nights, you would think I should be able to remember to bring all the stuff that I need for the run to work. Not so much. I keep on forgetting different things which is kind of funny. Today, I forgot to bring my running shorts. Good thing I was wearing pants that kind of look like tights and the weather was cooler so it all worked out. But I because I didn’t have my shorts, I also wasn’t able to bring my phone. For the first time in forever, I ran without Strava. 😲!
Jim brought a whistle and made us do 14×1 minute intervals of hard and recovery. I started walking during the recovery after about 5 intervals but pushed hard on the hard intervals until the end. He said this is how the Kenyans train. 😂 I guess we are all Kenyans now!
