We ran hills yesterday. Every hill is different. Some are steep, some are rolling, some are long, some are short. They all challenge you, shape you, stretch you…in different ways. Going uphill requires grit. Going downhill requires restraint.
Life is all about going up and down hills. When you look back at the hill, you are glad it’s over and all you can do is to learn from it and look forward toward the next hill because you know there will always be another hill. Another hill to climb another challenge to overcome, another lesson to learn.

This photo was taken a couple of weeks ago by Domingo – the first time we met. It’s one of the hills that we run. Jim is carrying a box of Timbits because…why not?
