2018 Races and 2019 Goals

What a year! I did 12 races in 12 months. I did my first marathon, my first 30k, PB’d in a 10k, PB’d both half marathons, and PB’d my 2nd marathon.

From top left to bottom right:

Here are my goal races and times for 2019:

  • Mar – ATB30K (2:50, 5:40/km)
  • May – Toronto Marathon (4:05, 5:48/km) [Edit: Lisa wants to aim for sub4 😬]
  • Jul – TTF Olympic distance relay – 10k run (sub-50 min, 5:00/km)
  • Jul – Beaches half (sub-1:55, 5:27/km)
  • Aug – IronGirl (sub-1:45)

    What?! Only one marathon next year?? You’re slacking off. 😜 Lol. Good list and great goals. I’m sure you can do it!

    I saw Reykjavik is on your bucket list. It’s β€œsort of” on mine too. Maybe we should plan to run that one together. Toronto met Vancouver crew. Would be so much fun!

    This is the year of the three B’s for me. Boston, Big Sur and Berlin! (Got drawn in the team lottery. Yippee!)
